Our qualified and experienced in house maintenance team is at our clients’ service to assist them with their repair and maintenance issues. Our Interior Design division is available to respond to all design services from interior design to furniture selection for all property types.
The company was established in 2008 as a partnership between Saleem Mustafa (Chairman) and his son Ziad Mustafa (CEO). The synergy between both partners and their combined experience and knowledge was a perfect fit to establish SZZ Properties. Our Chairman’s passion for real estate, stemming from his family’s background and history of (Mostafa bin Abdullatif Group) in real estate development. In addition to his 40 years of experience in Dubai’s Real Estate industry turned him into one of Dubai’s leading real estate brokers.
Ziad Mustafa gained an interest in real estate from an early age and followed his father’s footsteps by working with him since 2002. His educational background in finance and the experience gained by working with several leading firms and organizations in Dubai gave him the opportunity to adopt best practices at SZZ Properties.
