VALUATION
Having years of experience in conducting real estate valuations, the Chairman and the CEO form a good team in providing fair and accurate valuations through their local knowledge of the real estate industry. The Chairman was one of the oldest members of Dubai Land Department’s Valuation Committee. He has also been an active member of Dubai Municipality’s Real Estate Appraisal Committee for over 15 years. This committee is appointed by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashed Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance. He has over 30 years of experience advising on various property types from entire master plan developments, land parcels to commercial and residential buildings.
To achieve optimal results, we combine local market knowledge and adopt latest valuation methodologies taking into consideration factors like the property location, property usage, rental yields and most importantly real time sales data, provided by the Dubai Land Department.
